Cashless VenueBallyhoo Table & Stage is a cashless venue. We only accept credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. During certain events, you can exchange larger bills for singles to tip your entertainers. Tips in cash are always welcome - directly to your server or performer.

Code of ConductEveryone, every body, every background, every identity is welcome at Ballyhoo. We have zero tolerance towards any verbal or physical threats, violence, abuse or harassment within our venue or on our digital platforms and community sites. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes: Discrimination, including but not limited to race, sex, age, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, disability and marital status. Offensive language and gestures, whether it is verbal harassment or abuse, sexually explicit language or gestures, profanity, obscenity or racial, religious or ethnic slurs. The use, display or distribution of inappropriate or offensive materials, and any content that is intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning, including the inappropriate use of nudity or sexual images in public spaces. Sexual harassment, including inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention whether verbal, physical or otherwise, in person or online. Stalking, or behavior that causes apprehension to others including following, photography, and recording. Threats, or intimidating and threatening behavior, whether verbal, physical or written, including menacing gestures. Physical harassment, or threats and acts of violence, including pushing, shoving and the use of any physical force. Possession or display of any weapon or other item used to threaten or intimidate. Deliberately damaging the venue or other people’s property. Assembling for the purpose of disturbing the peace or committing an offense.

Smoking & Vaping PolicyBallyhoo Table & Stage is a non-smoking facility, meaning there is no smoking, including electronic cigarettes or vaping permitted anywhere in Ballyhoo or within 10 feet of our building parameter. This policy is strictly enforced. Violation of this regulation is grounds for ejection.

SecurityAt Ballyoo Table & Stage, we place the safety and security of our guests and staff above all else. For that reason, we continuously assess and upgrade security measures across all of our venues. Please contact venue staff with questions or concerns and they will put you in contact with the appropriate venue representative. AnimalsBallyhoo welcomes service dogs utilized by guests with disabilities. Service dogs must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability. All other animals are prohibited.

Restrooms & AmenitiesWe have two restrooms. Both have ADA compliant stalls and baby changing tables. One has stalls and the other has urinals and one stall.

LocationOur address is 3300 Tejon St We are located at the southwest corner of W 33rd Avenue and Tejon Street in the Highland neighborhood of Denver, Colorado - just west of downtown.

ParkingThere is limited street parking around Ballyhoo. To find parking for your event, we recommend the SpotHero app to reserve a spot prior to your event. Otherwise, street parking is free in our neighborhood after 6 pm Monday through Saturday, and all day Sunday. Accessible parking for events is available on W 33rd Avenue, between Tejon and Shoshone streets. If you require accessible parking, please email us at hello@ballyhoodenver.com at least 24 hours in advance so we can ensure the spot is available. We do recommend allowing extra time for parking when visiting Ballyhoo.

Public Transportation & Ride ShareBallyhoo Table & Stage is conveniently located at 3300 Tejon Street in Denver's Highland neighborhood, just west of downtown, making it very accessible via public transportation. Denver's Regional Transportation District (RTD) offers several bus routes that serve the Highland area. While specific routes and stops may vary, visitors can plan their trip using RTD's official website or mobile app to find the most convenient options. If you're arriving in an Uber or Lyft, they can drop you on the south or west corners.

Get TicketsTickets for events are available on our website on our Shows & Events page. We utilize digital tickets at Ballyhoo and recommend downloading and adding your tickets to your phone’s digital wallet in advance of your arrival. Your digital ticket is required to enter the theater for your event. In some cases, a current, valid, non-expired government issued ID will also be required. Ballyhoo Denver is a cashless venue. We only accept credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Refunds, Exchanges & TransfersAll ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges. In the rare case Ballyhoo is forced to cancel a show or event after tickets have been sold, customers will be refunded in full.

Door PolicyDoors generally open for seating 30 minutes prior to a show or event’s start time. Please check your event information to confirm the time. While you wait for your event, feel free to relax in the café. Guests who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the Event Manager. We reserve the right to deny admission to latecomers when a performance has been running for 15 minutes or more.

Age RestrictionsEveryone is welcome at Ballyhoo, and we mean everyone. Bring your kids, bring your girlfriends, bring your coworkers, or bring your date. However, not all ticketed events at Ballyhoo are appropriate for certain ages. Age limitations or restrictions are clearly listed in the details for each event. If you have any other concerns about content or age appropriateness that might have a bearing on patron comfort, please email us at hello@ballyhoodenver.com

Dress CodeAt Ballyhoo Table & Stage, we want you to come as you are and express yourself as you see fit. For some events, we may suggest a dress code or costume theme. Costume suggestions are always optional and no one will ever be turned away if you don’t follow our suggested dress code.

Food & Beverage OptionsBallyhoo Table & Stage has lite food options that include muffins, croissants, cupcakes and snacks. We also have an extensive beverage menu including specialty coffee and teas, sodas, curated mocktails and cocktails, beer, and wine. See our full menu here.

Alcohol PolicyBallyhoo Table & Stage and its staff strongly encourage responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Anyone who is intoxicated before entering Ballyhoo may be denied service and/or entry into events. We don’t allow alcohol to leave the premises nor do we allow outside alcoholic beverages into Ballyhoo. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest. All guests may be required to show ID to purchase alcoholic beverages. Pursuant to applicable State law, we accept only the following forms of identification: Current, valid Driver’s license Current, valid State ID w/photo Current, valid Military ID w/photo Current, valid Passport No vertical IDs are accepted.

AccessibilityAt Ballyhoo, we are committed to making our space welcoming and accessible to all. Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible and accessible seating is available when you purchase show and event tickets. Accessible parking is available on W 33rd Avenue, between Tejon and Shoshone streets. If you require accessible parking, please email us at hello@ballyhoodenver.com at least 24 hours in advance so we can ensure the spot is available and a staff member is standing by to assist, if necessary.

Nursing FacilitiesAt Ballyhoo Table & Stage, you’re welcome to nurse your child in any public location where you’re comfortable. We also have comfortable seating in one of our restrooms to do so. If you would like more discreet accommodations, please let us know and we’ll find you a comfortable location. Breast pumps and associated equipment, and breastmilk, are permitted at Ballyhoo.

First AidIf you or someone in your party begin to feel ill or require medical assistance, please see a Ballyhoo staff member immediately or call 911. We have First Aid kits onsite if needed.

Ballyhoo is also going to host bachelor and bachelorette parties that can be booked with small or large groups.
