ALL TERMS ARE NEGOTIABLE, depending on several factors.

BALLYHOO PROVIDES:

​

  • The venue! 

  • Food and beverage options off our menu

  • Cafe personnel

  • Cafe stage

  • Seating for up to 80 ppl

  • Basic tech on the cafe stage 

    • piano (digital keyboard in faux baby grand shell)

    • PA system with up to 4 vocal mics, and input for instruments or backing tracks

  • Side flex rooms for dressing rooms / holding rooms when available / not rented by another client

  • Listed on our website with a link to your ticketing page URL - need a clean image, not pixelated. No text on the image.

*May be able to include you in our email blasts that go out weekly to 5,000+ people.

 

*May be able to include you on our social media feeds if you invite us to collaborate on an Instagram post or tag us in a story. @BallyhooDenver

 

We can not collaborate on text heavy images in posts. Clean imagery only. Feel free to make the copy super informative.

SHOW PRODUCER PROVIDES:

​

  • Clear, catchy Show Title

  • Clear, informative subtitle 

  • Clear show description

  • Clear list of who is performing + any social handles / bragging rights

  • The Show! Well rehearsed, all personnel organized, etc. You will have three hours total in the cafe for setup, sound check, show (we recommend 90 minutes total for our cafe shows) + strike / tear down (There may be another show directly before or after you.)

  • You take care of creating a ticket link (we recommend Eventbrite) + any tickets sold, checking folks in at the door

  • All marketing, getting tickets sold and folks to show up! 

  • You pay a flat fee to commit to a time and date that is non-refundable.

  • You keep any ticket sales sold past this minimum amount paid​

MATINEE PRICING

​

Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, 2 pm matinees in the cafe

$200 paid to reserve the date

Can easily meet this with 10 ppl at $20 a ticket or 20 ppl at $10 a ticket 

Plus two item minimum per guest.

 

Sunday 2 pm matinees in the cafe

$300 paid to reserve the date

Can easily meet this with 10 ppl at $30 a ticket, 20 ppl at $15 a ticket or 30 ppl at $10 a ticket

Plus two item minimum per guest.

EVENING PRICING

Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Evening shows in the cafe  - 6 or 9 pm start time

$200 paid to reserve the date

Can easily meet this with 10 ppl at $20 a ticket or 20 ppl at $10 a ticket

Plus two item minimum per guest.

 

Friday or Sunday Evening shows in the cafe - 6 or 9 pm start time

$300 paid to reserve the date

Can easily meet this with 10 ppl at $30 a ticket, 20 ppl at $15 a ticket or 30 ppl at $10 a ticket

Plus two item minimum per guest.

 

Saturday Evening shows in the cafe - 6 or 9 pm start time

$400 paid to reserve the date

Can easily meet this with 10 ppl at $40 a ticket, 20 ppl at $20 a ticket or 27 ppl at $15 a ticket

Plus two item minimum per guest.
