BALLYHOO is a 8,640 square foot brick building built in 1929.

The front area has two glass garage doors and is a sun-drenched coffee shop / cocktail bar open to the public. 

After the initial double doors, the entire space is available for short-term rent and exclusive buyout.

The three side flex rooms can serve as meeting rooms, dressing rooms, bridal suites and more. Flex Side Room 1 is rentable on its own. Flex Side Rooms 2 and 3 are a combined rental option as there is one

The Main Event Space has a small stage and no windows, making it ideal for live music, theater and more.

The back green room in the garage is for performers to use for backstage access to the stage.

Our back garage is available for easy load-in and temporary event storage with a 20' garage door, and our private driveway makes load-in / load-out a breeze. Three cars can be parked there as well.

*Please note: the entire building is sloped at a slight angle downhill to the east.

We have agreements with a few neighbors to use their nearby parking lots. There is a ride share drop-off, bike parking and we are on a main bus line, making public transportation very accessible.

There are dozens of incredible restaurants within walking distance. Our immediate neighbors are Señor Bear's, Ashkara, Nana's Dim Sum and Root Down.

Postino, Linger, Little Man Ice Cream are right down the street.
