Policies

​​

  • No Smoking or Vaping

    • ​No smoking or vaping of any type is permitted in the building or on property. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and pipes. No smoking or use of marijuana or any products containing marijuana is allowed anywhere in the building or the property.

  • No Fire or Pyrotechnics

    • Open flames, fire effects, or pyrotechnic devices are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing by the venue and accompanied by proper permits and fire safety personnel.

  • No Glitter, Confetti, or Loose Sequins

    • These materials are difficult to clean and may damage venue equipment. Use of glitter, confetti, fake snow, or similar items is not allowed unless explicitly approved.

  • No Smoke or Haze Without Approval

    • Smoke machines, foggers, or haze devices must be cleared in advance. Unauthorized use may trigger alarms and evacuation protocols.

  • No Liquids or Sticky Substances on Stage

    • Spilling or splashing water, alcohol, syrup, or any other liquid is strictly prohibited. This includes during performance acts unless previously approved.

  • No Sharp Objects or Weapons (Real or Prop)

    • Real weapons are never allowed. Prop weapons must be cleared with venue staff ahead of time.

​

  • Respect Volume Levels and Equipment

    • Do not tamper with venue-owned sound, lighting, or tech gear without direct supervision. Follow the volume levels set by the house technician.

  • Do Not Damage Stage or Venue Property

    • Avoid actions that may cause wear or damage to the stage floor, curtains, rigging, or any venue infrastructure.

  • Clean Up After Yourself

    • Please leave the area you rented as you found it.

​​

Liability & Insurance / Hold Harmless

  • Renter assumes all responsibility for their own property and personal risk.
     

  • Venue shall not be liable for loss, damage, or injury to Renter's property or person.
     

  • Renter affirms they hold necessary liability coverage or assume risk of performing without it.

Incident Report Policy

For Injuries, Accidents, Harassment or Safety Concerns

  • To ensure the safety of all individuals in the venue and to maintain proper records for legal and operational purposes, all incidents must be reported following the guidelines below.

When to File an Incident Report

​

An incident report must be completed as soon as possible if any of the following occurs:

  • A performer, staff member, or guest is injured on the premises.
     

  • There is a medical emergency or need for first aid.
     

  • Venue property is damaged.
     

  • There is a safety concern or near-miss that could have resulted in harm.
     

  • An altercation, harassment, or other misconduct is observed or experienced.

How to File an Incident Report

​

  1. Notify Venue Management Immediately
    Alert the nearest manager, staff member, or security personnel as soon as the incident occurs.

     

  2. Complete the Incident Report Form
    Fill the Google form, which includes:

     

    • Date and time of the incident
       

    • Names of individuals involved or affected
       

    • Description of the incident
       

    • Witness names/contact info (if available)
       

    • Any action taken (first aid, emergency services, etc.)
       

  3. Submit the Report Within 24 Hours
    Reports must be submitted no later than 24 hours after the incident. Immediate submission is preferred.

If urgent medical attention is needed, call 911 immediately. There are first aid kits behind the bar in the cafe and in the tech booth office.


Management may contact you for additional information or clarification. A copy of the report will be kept confidentially on file.
